Advanced Regenerative Therapies · Hinsdale, Illinois
When conventional care hasn't been enough — precision-targeted therapy that goes deeper, works faster, and lasts longer.
The Philosophy
Chronic tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, calcific conditions, and failed soft-tissue injuries don't resolve with rest and anti-inflammatories alone. They require a precise biological stimulus — delivered to the right structure, at the right intensity, at the right time.
That's the science behind every therapy I offer. Not passive care. Not temporary relief. Regenerative intervention designed to restart the healing process your body stalled out on.

"I built this practice around modalities that have the evidence — and the hardware — to actually change tissue outcomes."

The Four Modalities
The only western suburb clinic combining all four of these technologies — each chosen for clinical evidence, not trend.
01
Radial and Focused Shockwave — both platforms, precisely selected. Breaks down calcification, stimulates neovascularization, and triggers collagen remodeling in degenerated tendons and fascia. Six-treatment protocol, evidence-based.
Radial + Focused02
LightForce 40W XLi — one of the most powerful therapeutic lasers available. Deep photobiomodulation penetrates where low-level devices fail, accelerating cellular respiration, reducing neurogenic inflammation, and driving genuine tissue repair.
LightForce 40W XLi03
Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy via Storz Medical Magnetolith — a new frontier in regenerative field medicine. EMTT reaches deep structures with high-intensity pulsed magnetic fields, modulating cellular signaling without physical contact.
Storz Magnetolith04
Winback TECAR — capacitive and resistive energy transfer that generates endogenous heat deep in tissue, accelerating metabolic activity, lymphatic drainage, and fibrotic remodeling. Exceptional for chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Winback TECARConditions Treated
Particularly effective for chronic, recalcitrant conditions that have not responded adequately to traditional physical therapy, cortisone injections, or rest.
Plantar Fasciitis
Chronic heel pain and fascial degeneration — one of shockwave's strongest evidence bases.
Achilles Tendinopathy
Insertional and mid-portion degeneration, calcific deposits, chronic tendon thickening.
Tennis & Golfer's Elbow
Lateral and medial epicondylopathy — recalcitrant cases especially responsive to focused shockwave.
Patellar Tendinopathy
Jumper's knee and degenerative patellar tendon — common in athletes and active adults.
Rotator Cuff Conditions
Calcific tendinitis, supraspinatus degeneration, impingement-related tendinopathy.
Greater Trochanteric Pain
Hip bursitis and gluteal tendinopathy — highly responsive to shockwave and EMTT protocols.
Hamstring Tendinopathy
Proximal hamstring insertional pain — chronic and often undertreated in active populations.
Chronic Neck & Back Pain
Facet-related, myofascial, and disc-adjacent pain amplified by neurogenic inflammation.
Stress Fractures & Bone Edema
Shockwave and EMTT stimulate osteogenesis and accelerate bone healing responses.
Why This Practice
Radial shockwave distributes energy broadly across larger tissue areas. Focused shockwave delivers a precise acoustic pulse to a defined depth. Most clinics have one. Having both means the right tool for every case.
The LightForce 40W XLi isn't a cold laser or a class III device. It delivers photonic energy at a depth and intensity that creates measurable physiological change — not just surface warmth.
The real advantage isn't any single modality — it's the ability to stack them intelligently. EMTT + Laser for inflammation modulation. Shockwave + TECAR for chronic fibrotic tissue. No other practice in the region offers this combination.
Every session is with me. No hand-offs to assistants, no protocol by committee. You get the same clinician every visit, tracking your response and adjusting parameters based on what the tissue is actually doing.
Treatment isn't just structural — it's afferent. Proprioceptive input, mechanoreceptor activation, and neuromodulation are integrated into the approach at every level.
Patients travel from Naperville, Oak Brook, Elmhurst, and beyond specifically for this combination of technology. When the standard options haven't worked, this practice is the next step before considering surgery or injection series.
The Process
A straightforward path — no unnecessary complexity, no endless appointments before therapy begins.
Free Shockwave Consult
A 20-minute assessment. We identify whether your condition is appropriate for shockwave or one of the other modalities — and what outcome you can realistically expect.
Clinical Assessment
Tissue evaluation, history review, and identification of the primary pain generator. Protocol selection is based on pathology — not a one-size template.
Treatment Protocol
Typically 6 sessions over 6–12 weeks. Each session is calibrated to your tissue response. Combination modalities are applied when indicated.
Outcome & Maintenance
Most patients reach full resolution or significant functional improvement. Maintenance programs are available for ongoing performance and resilience.
Take the Next Step
If you've been told to rest, ice, and wait — or if injections have only helped temporarily — advanced shockwave therapy may be the intervention you've been missing.
